Carlisle Wright is a fourth-generation singer/songwriter of Southern-style songs that have entertained millions of people, from small family gatherings to the Grand Ole Opry for nearly a century. She is a natural, narrative driven songwriter with a fresh take on her classic country foundation that is attracting a new generation of fans seeking traditional sounds and relatable themes.
At 19, she has started her first year at Belmont University and released her five-track EP of original material, Does Forever Mean Forever, as well as single, Graduation Year. Produced by award- winning musician Danny Rader, the self-pinned songs are unfiltered, vulnerable, and relevant, and people in the music industry are taking notice. Carlisle performed live on Nashville’s local station Lightning 100, The Nashville Sound, I Heart Radio 92.5, WDEN, written with seasoned Nashville tunesmiths, and has opened for The Nelson Brothers, Michaela Anne, Jamie Floyd, and Alan Jackson.
